Building Design Consultancy was formed in 2007 to service predominately the residential market in providing domestic clients  a no nonsense, efficient and economic service providing architectural drawings and technical documentation to acquire statutory compliance of building projects.

Projects ranged from simple kitchen re-designs to new dwellings with each project receiving the same high levels of attention and expertise. Over the following 16 years Building Design Consultancy has provided a turn-key solution to many other sectors including Education, Retail, Leisure and Off-site Construction.

Building design is not limited to just the aesthetics of the final structure but also consideration of its effect on the environment locally and globally, during and post construction, the materials to be used, the method of construction, the welfare of those constructing it and how the building is to be occupied. Equally important is the client's budget for construction and also the life-cycle costs, ie running costs including maintenance, heating and future adaptability.
