Our houses are the largest financial transaction and investment we make in our lives and we are very proud of our homes. Unfortunately there comes a time though when they are no longer fit for purposes as our lives develop. For most purchasers there has to be compromises on that initial purchase; whether it be a bedroom, en-suite, breakfast kitchen, garage or garden room, we all would appreciate more space than we can initially afford.

When finances and space allows extending our properties is a better solution financially than moving house and should be less stressful too without all the potential issues associated with moving house.

There is a famous couple on the TV who make a living out of it at the end of the day.
