For instance, repositioning a window and how it looks externally but also with the model located on global co-ordinates actual sun studies can be plotted which can show clients the predicted sun and shadow positions throughout the year in any location in the world.

The 3D model has been used to satisfy planning officers concerns to design, overlooking and potential loss of light and therefore been instrumental in achieving planning consents.
