Building Design Consultancy designed 2 properties built by a modular manufacturer in 2019 for Citizen (formerly WM Housing) in Coventry. From submitting planning through to As Built BIM O+M manuals a full turn-key project was delivered.

The development consisted of a 2 bedroom, 4 person and a 3 bedroom, 5 person house built using light gauge steel walls and floors with a traditional timber trussed rafter roof on a steel ring beam.
