Fly throughs can be prepared from the 3D CAD model from the BIM file to demonstrate shadows, sun studies or just for marketing purposes. Internal or external videos can be prepared and whilst they do take more time to prepare than static visualisations with today's software capabilities they do not take as long or cost as much as expected.
